    • Mobile numbers acts as a credible source for a primary indentifier. Since we don't collect any personal ID's,
      we required a valid mobile number.​

  • Do I get a receipt for my coin purchase?

    • Yes. Receipts will be sent to you through email specified and through SMS.​

  • How many bitcoins can I buy?

  • Do you offer any other payment methods than

    • ​Cryptocurrency prices are highly volatile with dramatic fluctuations. In order to protect our customers and ourselves, we force the system to provide a more relevant and updated market quote every 10 minutes. This ensure a reasonable price protection for both customers and Coincurve.

  • Is Coincurve secure?

    • Yes. We have the highest security standards for protecting your transaction and privacy.

  • Are my coins safe?

    • Yes. ​We do not hold your bitcoins, you do! Once Coincurve has verified your information and send you the coins to your personal wallet, you have full control of your bitcoins.

  • Is my personal information safe?

    • Yes. We only hold your information for verification purposes.

TROUBLESHOOT

  • I never received my coins. What's taking so long?

    • After receiving your payment, Coincurve is required to verify your information before we can deliver you the coins. This process can take up to 1 hour. Please be patient and review the Terms of Service. if you haven't received your coins after 24 hours, please contact us.

  • Oh Sh*t! I entered the wrong receiving address, are my coins lost?

    • If Coincurve hasn't sent you the coins, please contact us immediately! If we've already sent you the coins, they will be lost.

  • I changed by mind, can I get a refund?

  • Why did my INTERAC e-Transfer get cancelled?

    • The most common reason is that we never received your INTERAC e-Transfer payment within the 1-hour window after the payment instructions have been sent to you.

      Cryptocurrency prices are highly volatile with dramatic fluctuations. In order to protect our customers and ourselves, we can only give a reasonable amount of time before the prices become unpredictable. This ensure a reasonable price protection for both customers and Coincurve.

  • Why doesn't my flexepin voucher work?

    • We only accept CAD denominated flexepin vouchers. If you flexepin voucher is in another currency, it will not be accept in our system. For any other issues, please see flexepin support site.

    • A bitcoin wallet​ is a digital software wallet that holds your bitcoins.​

  • Are there different types of wallets?

    • Yes. There are many types of wallets that you can set up. The three most common types of wallets are:
       

      • A web wallet is a wallet ​that you can signup online use it as your personal bitcoin bank. These are the most quick and easy to setup and generally secure.

      • A software wallet is a software that you can download on your computer. Software wallets are usually more complicated to manage but can provide slighlty more security.

      • A hardware wallet is a physical device similar to a USB thumb drive. Hardware wallets are more expensive but can provide the most security for your bitcoins.

  • Are wallets free?

    • Yes. All web or software wallets are free. Hardware wallets usually cost 

  • Does Coincurve provide a wallet service?​

    • No. We believe that bitcoin is about control. Therefore our customers should have full control of their bitcoins and the freedom of selecting their own wallets.​

  • What types of wallets do you recommend?

  • Are bitcoin and bitcoin cash wallets the same?

    • No. Bitcoin and bitcoin cash are different digital currencies. They have completely different wallets and can't be used interchangeably . You will lose your coins if you use the wrong wallet.​

  • Where do I get my receiving address?

    • Once you create wallet of your choice, you can generate multiple receiving public addresses. These addresses can be shared with the ​us or friends to deliver coins to you.

  • Can bitcoin and bitcoin cash addresses be used interchangeably?

    • No. They are completely different wallets. Please always double check the accuracy before entering your receiving address.

  • What is a Bitcoin Cash Address?

    • Bitcoin and Bitcoin Cash addresses look very similar and often cause human mistakes with the user. Therefore, Bitcoin Cash Address (cashaddr) are a new addresses composition which make an obvious distinction with bitcoin addresses. Bitcoin Cash addresses are longer and start with different characters.

    • Please allow up to 1 hour for us to process your INTERAC e-Transfer as we need to verify your information and transaction.

  • What banks or credit unions does INTERAC e-Transfer support?

    • flexepin is like cash. You can use it​ to purchase online merchandise and pay utility bills.

  • Why is so good about flexepin?
